New Patient Registrationregister_now_blue_sign

The doctors welcome new patients who live within our practice area of Marple Bridge, Compstall and Mellor.

To register please call in at the surgery with your medical cards and details of your current GP. You will also need to bring 2 forms of identification, 1 Photographic and the other proof of address.

On registration you should attend for a new patient check with the nurse and this can be arranged at reception.

Once you are registered you may see any of the doctors in our practice and we would encourage you to see the same practitioner when an illness is of an on-going nature in order to maintain continuity of care. If you have a preference of doctor please inform the reception staff who will record the details.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration.  Please contact reception for further information.
